Dion from Enterprise was there to greet me. He was very polite and welcoming. I told him this was my first renting a car and filing through my insurance. He advised me of everything I needed to know and walked me through the process.
The cars aren't clean when pick them up. You don't the promo your promised. Just seems likes they want money and don't care about customer service anymore!!!
"Jazmine" completely rude when I called to ask about a reservertation. Hung up on me then when I called back to finish up my question she didn't even apologize for being hanging up.
The car I would be renting was a newer Mazda. It was very clean inside and out. Dion showed all the features of the car. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The process was that easy.

I needed to rent the car for another week and I was surprised to find out that I didn't have to go back to their office to -They did it over the phone. That saved me some very much needed time.
Had to file a claim through my insurance and needed my car to be fixed. My insurance rep made all the reservation, I just picked the rental place and made the appointment time when to drop my car off at the shop. They advise me someone from Enterprise would pick me up.
