Visited there this evening for a severe cyst in my neck that was badly infected and painful. The doctor was extremely kind and did everything he could to keep me comfortable and keep the infection from returning. The office staff was quite friendly and helpful as well. I think I only waited a total of 15 minutes to be seen and was out of the office in no more than an hour. Thanks everybody there who helped me. Your efforts and kindness to me are very appreciated.
The pharmacy was nice and efficient the one time I had to use it.
And it's no secret that they are terrible because even the doctors assistants and receptionists always say, when you tell them your phone experience, "Yeah, we hear that a lot".
I know everyone's different and one bad experience can ruin it for you. But for us, it's been amazing and I was so happy to say goodbye to our old doctors! I highly recommend them!
Now that Dr. McLaughlin is no longer here, this place absolutely sucks. The women that answer the phone to take appointments must have reptile DNA because you feel like you get bit by a crocodile over the phone while asking very normal questions. They need extensive customer service training!!! Seriously TREAT OTHERS AS YOU WOULD WANT TO BE TREATED!!! STOP ACTING LIKE PHONE NAZI'S!!!!
If Sungrulu leaves, then there would be zero reason to go here. Her assistant Suzie was fantastic. This new assistant of her must of been a former appointment clerk because she also acts like she has reptile DNA!!
I've been coming here 3 years to see Dr. Singurlu. She is spectacular! Always gives you plenty of time, never makes you feel rushed, and amazingly is never behind schedule (I don't think I've ever waited more than 30 min, and I've had no problem with same day appointments). She includes you in decisions about your health and encourages/supprts you to stay healthy.
And be SUPER aware of your billing!! Thank God my husband and I saved my receipts for co-pays because that was the only thing that got us out of doubled charged bills!!
They also offer an urgent care that I used when I wasn't able to make a same day appointment at a time that worked with my schedule. I was seen immediately. In and out in 30 minutes or less. I'm shocked by negative reviews on here and the lack of 4/5 stars.
Extremely rude, very unprofessional, and I was even hung up on when I was trying to make an appointment for my dad who was in bad health! When I told the lady to stop being rude, I was only trying to help my dad, she hung up!!!! I called back and demanded to talk to the manager and that was a total waste of time because a year later the appointment clerks still behave the same way!!!!
The MA was extremely rude, made a comment about me and was just nasty. I love my doctor to much to move but they should teach the proper way to talk to a patient. Extremely disappointed with my MA
This could be an AWESOME place if people were trained properly!! Remember that we are customers, let's not just use the fancy term "patients"!! This place needs serious customer service training!!!! Part robots work here, most don't have the human factor, LIKE COMPASSION AND UNDERSTANDING!!!
The urgent care was wonderful the one time I had to bring my son in, we walked right in and were on our way home in less than an hour (I know I was lucky there was only one person ahead of me).
I was referred to this building a few years ago after I asked a community Facebook page for recommendations. I absolutely love it! The doctors and staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
I normally get seen, same day appointments every time, within 20 minutes. Any bloodwork that needs to get done can be done IN THAT BUILDING. They have a lab! My husband, youngest son and myself have all dealt with the lab. They're super fast, but you can call ahead and ask them when's the best time to come in if you're in a rush.
