We have been with this agency for years but after today we will no longer be with them. We will be contacting all the insurance companies that we have policies with so that we can deal with them directly. This agency has changed and in our opinion can not be counted on. We have had to do all the leg work because of the neglect of this agency, and that is not what an agency is about. To many problems with the agents who work there. They call you liars when they are the ones who lie because of their neglect and mistakes. They will also hang up on you when you have proven this to them. We have told a lot of people about them but now we will tell them exactly what to expect NOTHING. Never thought they would turn like this such a shame.
