Love my Redwings but I'll definitely not be going back to this location again.
The lady was kind of nasty i didnt know that they wasnt accepting are boot vouchers anymore they use to be alright when they was getting are lute

I've purchased multiple boots at this location and last time I went in to buy a pair of iron rangers 8083, I asked for the 8086 though. The lady told me they didn't make that style in black. I liked the brown too so it didn't matter. But you can easily see they make that style in black harness leather so that lady either sucks at her job or just doesn't know what she's talking about. Probably both. And About a week later I go back to get some replacement wax laces for my Beckmans and they told me they can't get them, and don't really know where I buy them. But just looking, I see they're available on the Redwing website. Apparently they're not trying to do any work at this location.
They gave me a hard time returning the boots I bought there.. I only had them for a week and they where killing my feet I even got the extra insoles for $60 and still could not stand them.
I had my boots for a year and the are coming apart at the seems i was told i work to much and need to buy a new pair!!! Your better off buying cheap boots every year!!!! No warrenty on the boots no matter what they tell u to make u buy them at first but when they dont last its not their problem!!! Scam waste of 230 if hard earned money gor me once it will jot eber happen again!!!!
