I have been consistently impressed with the staff at the Allure Southgate location. I have serious health issues and needed vein work done that was not for cosmetic reasons. From the first appointment to my continued follow ups, I have felt comfortable, informed, and relaxed. Every person has been detailed in what their role is and has made certain I understand every step of the process before and as it is happening. I highly recommend them for anyone needing to address vein issues.
Dr. Kinsley at Southgate Allure is great. No pain and excellent results. Jesse was the aide that dressed my vein treatment. This was the third vein that was treated and Jesse was the first one that dressed it so that I had no bleeding!! Thank you and the ultra sound tech as well. Unfortunately Jesse is from the Shelby Township facility. I hope she is at Southgate on May 6 for my next treatment!!! Thank you everyone at Southgate. Everyone is friendly and helpful !!!!
Safe. Unafraid. Welcomed. Allure™ was my first thought when my personal physician suggested I see a specialist for my situation. Although I have never, until recently, had need to seek treatment, doing so has been a decision I will never regret. Thanks to my personal physician, Dr. Hussein, for she is the doctor who referred me to a specialist. The timing was impeccable!
Very professional, the staff was friendly made me feel comfortable. Answered all my questions, gave me options. The procedure took very little time, I had no pain, I was comfortable the whole time. So far so good.
However, if I could have my druthers, Dr. Vanessa would be the one I turn to. (Without seeming rude or disinterested, I must admit, I know not Dr. Vanessa's full name.) Her knowledge, bedside manner, focus on the findings relative to keeping me, a patient, calm, Dr. Vanessa is my go-to healer. I attend Allure's™ Southgate medical spa, if that makes a difference. As with Dr. Vanessa, so too, are the assistants creatively calming and a blessed joy to "walk me through" details and exceptions.
I plan to go back and would recommend to a friend.
I visited the Allure Medical Spa on 2/27/17 & 3/2/17. I was extremely satisfied with my vein procedures. Dr. Georgeson, Jessica & Monica were very professional and friendly. I felt safe and confident that they knew how to perform the procedure. On March 2 Julene took care of me and she did a great job. I will continue visiting the spa and would recommend Allure to my family and friends.
